Founded in 1958, by the late Samuel Krugliak, we have grown in time to over 50 attorneys practicing in over 25 different areas of the law. Our attorneys and staff are passionate about the communities we serve, participating in leadership roles which impact our quality of life. Founder Samuel Krugliak impressed upon us the importance of giving back to our community, and our attorneys and staff are proud to do their part to make Northeast Ohio a great place to live and work. Our firm provides exceptional legal counsel to individuals and businesses throughout widely diversified industries on a local, regional and national level - we counsel with expertise, insight, responsiveness and sensitivity to our clients goals and needs.
